The new menu has arrived

The new menu has arrived … 

A regular patron will not be lost, he will find all our classic dishes but he will also discover our “to share”.  Last year we introduced the “Tira de Ancho”, a slowly grilled cut of more than a pound. This year we added the “Meat board” and the “Medialuna de vacio”. The meat board is a mix of secreto iberico, of spicy grilled sausages “chorizo criolo”, and of two tasty cuts of beef: flank and sirloin.

We couldn’t resist to share with you a less well known cut of beef; we invite you to discover our Medialuna de vacio. It is sliced flank that has been slowly grilled by our chefs and it is served with parsley, garlic and olive oil sauce.
